Warranty Policy
• Adults toys are highly intimate items, for hygiene reasons, we regret that replacement/refund will not be provided once the item is sold and being used.
• If the received item failed to function before it’s being used, and without any physical damage, please contact us within 24 hours, we’ll provide an on-site replacement without extra cost.
